Dorothy Granada ia a nurse and former Santa Cruzan, who helped organize, and has continually worked to develop this successful clinic in Mulukuku, Nicaragua, sometimes at the risk of her own life. She gave a power point presentation about the services her organization provids to the residents of the large undeveloped area in the northern part of Nicaragua. She also outlined some of the most salient needs of the clinic. Three Americas voted to donate funds to assist their work.
